Director of Marketing and Operations
André has over twenty five years broad experience in IT marketing; specifically in cyber-security and telecommunications with in-depth end user, channel, and field marketing experience working with ABM campaigns, inbound and outbound lead generation all directed towards improving, building and increasing the marketing and sales pipeline throughout EMEA and the US.
In the past he has worked with companies such as Wombat, Gridsure, Corero Security as VP of Marketing, LogRythym, Websense and Actividentity. He developed and ran his own successful marketing and events agency before joining Gridsure as Marketing Director.
Matt Hardy
CISO
Matt is a security leader with over twenty years experience of directing international security programmes for multi-billion pound organisations.
His passion for building high-integrity information security and cyber-security programmes has enabled him to lead teams of security experts for Three Ireland, Synthomer PLC, IntelliQA, Huawei, BT, amongst many other large organisations. Matt specialises in developing strategy, policy creation, vendor relations, and employee education to reduce enterprise exposure to online and offline risk.
At all levels of an organisation he has found a need for continuous communication, training, and planning to stay ahead of emerging threats. Matt leads by example when it comes to personal and corporate commitment to continuous improvement as evidenced by the following certifications:
